‘Pink Beauty’ _ ‘Pink Beauty’ is a compact, upright, bushy, deciduous shrub with maroon stems bearing ovate, toothed, dark green leaves and, in summer, rounded flower heads of pale pink flowers turning dark pink with age. Flowers will be blue in acid soil.
Grow Hydrangea macrophylla in moist but well-drained soil in full sun to partial shade. Shelter from cold, drying winds. To promote fresh, new, vigorous growth on established plants, cut back hard in early spring.
