Our normal delivery timescales are 2-5 working days, if for any reason this is not possible you will be contacted to let you know and agree another date.
How we deliver?
We deliver our smaller plants like bare rooted and small pots in boxes, we have developed specialist packaging to deliver and work with only the best box carriers to ensure your plants arrive in the best possible condition. Our box deliveries are all next day delivery service meaning your plants will only spend 1 day in transit before arriving with you. Plants are challenging to package and deliver, the cost of delivering is expensive so we charge a modest £7.99 to contribute to the delivery cost, you will only pay this once and any multiple box costs we will cover for you.
A lot of our more mature and heavy plants cannot be delivered in boxes and therefore pallet delivery is required, particularly for the likes of root balls which are heavy mature plants. Similar to our box deliveries all pallet deliveries are done on a next day service and so will only be in transit for 1 day. For any palletised plants we charge £49.99, this doesn’t cover the full cost but is a contribution and multiple pallets after the first one will be covered by us.
Do we deliver for free?
Put simply no we don’t. We believe in being great value for money on our plants and don’t believe charging more for plants to help cover carriage is right. We therefore offer plants at great prices and charge a small contribution to the delivery cost that way you can be clear with our plant prices and transport costs.
Do you need to be in to receive your plants?
No, all our deliveries are done on a no signature required basis meaning the plants will be left somewhere discreet around the property. If you do have any specific requirement, you can add that in the checkout or contact us after your order to pass onto the delivery driver.
Can I have a specific delivery date?
You can specify on your order if you would like your order to be delivered on a specific date, we will try our up most to deliver on that date. If you put any specific delivery dates in the order notes section in the checkout, we will try our best, if you could please ensure your desired date is not within the next 5 working days this will give us the best possible chance to schedule for your specific date.
